AD/BEECH 23/31 Pre-Certification Requirements Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 23/31.

Beechcraft 19, 23 and 24 Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 23/31 Pre-Certification Requirements 13/2007

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 20 December 2007.
Background:	This AD required the installation of a placard on the instrument panel specifying that smoking is prohibited during take-off, landing or fuelling operations.  This is an operational requirement and is covered by CAR 255  and CAO 20.16.3
