AD/BEECH 23/2 Rudder Leading Edge Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 23/2.

Beechcraft 19, 23 and 24 Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 23/2 Rudder Leading Edge 13/2007

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 20 December 2007.
Background:	This AD was issued in 1964 after a report of a rudder jamming in flight following sideslip.  This required a one off modification within 25 hours flight time.  The AD is now considered obsolete.
