AD/BEECH 23/18 Amdt 1 Front Seat Restraint Installations Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 23/18 Amdt 1.

AD/BEECH 23/18 Amdt 1 Front Seat Restraint Installations 13/2007

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 20 December 2007.
Background:	This AD was issued in 1972 to extend the benefit of upper torso restraint for aircraft certificated prior to 1967.  The AD required compliance by 1 Jan 1974.  The AD is now obsolete.
