AD/BEECH 23/17 Electric Flap System Mechanism Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 23/17.

AD/BEECH 23/17 Electric Flap System Mechanism 9/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified modification of the electric flap system in accordance with SI No. 0415-161.  The AD was issued in 1971 and compliance was required forthwith.  The AD is no longer required.
