AD/BEECH 23/13 Main and Nose Landing Gear Shock Absorber Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 23/13.

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified periodic inspection for wear of shock absorber rods.  Inspection was required at intervals not exceeding 500 hours time in service.  The inspection was based on maintenance experience in Australia.  Continued use of an AD to mandate this periodic inspection is no longer justified.
