AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 200/6.

Beechcraft 200 (Super King Air) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 200/6 Wing Tip Fuel Filler
Anti-Siphon Door Assembly
4/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian Airworthiness Directive (AD), issued in 1976, required replacement of the wing tip fuel filler assembly anti-siphon door assembly due chaffing on the bottom of the outboard leading edge fuel cell.  As compliance was required with 100 hours time in service after the 16 April 1976 and all affected aircraft would have complied with this AD by now, it is considered that the unsafe condition no longer exists.
