AD/BEECH 200/56 Landing Gear Actuator Pivot Mounting Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 200/56.

AD/BEECH 200/56 Landing Gear Actuator Pivot Mounting 4/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.
Background:	This is a unique Australian AD that was issued in 1995, for inspection of the RH undercarriage actuator bearing supports on their mounting brackets, with a compliance date of 30 June 1995.  As all affected aircraft would have complied with this AD by now, it is considered that the unsafe condition no longer exists.
