AD/BEECH 200/31 Amdt 1 Elevator Control Horn Attachment Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 200/31 Amdt 1.

AD/BEECH 200/31 Amdt 1 Elevator Control Horn Attachment 4/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.
Background:	This AD, originally issued in 1980, required the strengthening of the attachment of the elevator horn to the torque tube by installation of additional rivets to prevent looseness developing in this control connection that could lead to possible separation.  As all aircraft would have complied with this AD by now, the AD is no longer required.
