AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 200/28.

Beechcraft 200 (Super King Air) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 200/28 Forward R.H. Cabin Service Panel Retainer 4/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.

Background:

This AD was raised against manufacturer’s mandatory Service Instruction (SI) 1067.  This SI required the provision of a stop to reduce the possibility of the RH cabin service panel shifting into the emergency exit door, which could possibly restrict operation of the door.  As this AD required one time action within 100 hours TIS after 31 October 1979, all aircraft would have been modified long ago.  Hence, the AD is no longer required.
