AD/BEECH 200/2 Flap Gearbox Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 200/2.

AD/BEECH 200/2 Flap Gearbox 4/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.
Background:	This AD was raised against manufacturer’s mandatory Service Instruction (SI) 0689-160.  This SI required inspection, and necessary rework, of the outboard flap drive gear in the flap gearbox assembly for proper material and/or possible excessive wear that could cause the outboard flaps to be inoperative.  As this was a one time inspection to be completed within 100 hours TIS after 31 January 1975, the AD is no longer required.
