AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 1900/5.

Beechcraft 1900 Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 1900/5 Right Circuit Breaker Wire Bundle Clamp 11/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 22 October 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1991 against Beechcraft Service Bulletin (SB) No. 2409 required a modification by replacement of a aluminium wire bundle support clamp with a plastic clamp due to the potential of the clamp coming into contact with a circuit breaker bus bar located on the RH circuit breaker panel.

Compliance was:  Prior to exceeding 100 hours TIS after 14 November 1991.

This AD has been sufficiently promulgated for the affected aircraft to have been modified by now; therefore this AD is considered to be no longer required.
