AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEA 206/3.

Beagle B206 Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEA 206/3 Chafing of Hydraulic Master Switch/Lamp 7/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised in 1967 against Beagle Technical Leaflet
No. B206/TL/1 dated 1 September 1966 required a modification to improve the clearance between the radio panel A.V. mounting security bolt and the rear of the hydraulic master switch/light by cropping of the A.V. mounting bolt and substitution of the A.V. mounting stiff nut with a plain nut.

Compliance was:  Within 100 hours TIS from 15 February 1967.

This AD has been sufficiently promulgated for the affected aircraft to have been modified by now; therefore this AD is considered to be no longer required.
