AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEA 121/4.

Beagle B121 (Pup) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEA 121/4 Dual Throttle Control 7/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised in 1970 required an inspection of the cable assembly of the dual throttle control connecting the left throttle lever to the lower end of the right throttle lever for signs of kinking and distortion at the forward sliding end.

Compliance was:  At intervals not exceeding 100 hours TIS after incorporation of Beagle 121 series Modification BE10.

The inspection required by this AD has been sufficiently promulgated; therefore this AD is considered to be no longer required.
