AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEA 121/11.

Beagle B121 (Pup) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEA 121/11 Fuel Tanks 7/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised in 1972 against Beagle Service Bulletin (SB)
No. B121/22 required daily visual inspections for fuel leakage from the lower wing surfaces until modified.

Compliance was:  Within 200 hours TIS after 28 April 1972.

This AD has been sufficiently promulgated for the affected aircraft to have been modified by now; therefore this AD is considered to be no longer required.
