AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEA 109/2.

Beagle A109 (Airedale) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEA 109/2 Propeller Inspection and Operating Restriction 8/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised in 1970 against McCauley Service Bulletin (SB) SB No. 76 required an inspection of the propeller, and a modification by installation of an RPM operating restriction placard.

Compliance was within 25 hours TIS after 29 January 1970.

This AD has been sufficiently promulgated for the affected aircraft to have been inspected and modified by now; therefore this AD is considered to be no longer.
