AD/BAe 146/139 Aileron Interconnect Cable Pulley Guards Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BAe 146/139.

AD/BAe 146/139 Aileron Interconnect Cable Pulley Guards 2/2010

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 26 January 2010.
Background:	A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1 October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive have been superseded by EASA AD 2009-0205R1, issued 12 January 2010.
