AD/B727/209 Fuel System Airworthiness Limitations Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/B727/209.

AD/B727/209 Fuel System Airworthiness Limitations 1/2010

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 11 January 2010.
Background:	The requirements of this airworthiness directive have been superseded by FAA AD 2008-04-10 R1 Amdt 39-16121 issued on 19 November 2009.  A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1 October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.
