AD/B-2/10 Rotor Blade Hinge Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/B-2/10.

AD/B-2/10 Rotor Blade Hinge - Modification 6/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 4 June 2009.
Background:	This AD, issued in 1960, required modification of the rotor blade hinge in accordance with Brantly SL No. 11 to reduce the compressive stresses during low rotor RPM power-off landings.  The AD compliance was forthwith.  As all aircraft would have been modified, the AD is no longer required.
