AD/AUS/4 Aileron Control Push Rod Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AUS/4.

AD/AUS/4 Aileron Control Push Rod 8/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1956 against Auster modifications 2893 and 2895, required a modification by replacing aileron control push rod ball and socket assembly end bearings.  Compliance was required forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
