AD/ATR 42/2 Amdt 1 Fuel Tank Safety Electrical Wiring Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ATR 42/2 Amdt 1.

Background: | A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1st October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A. |
| AD/ATR 42/2 Amdt 1 was based on European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD 2007-0226. The EASA issued AD 2007-0226R1 on 10 November 2009 revising the original Directive by extending the compliance until 28 August 2011. Therefore, this Directive is cancelled. |
