AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ATR 42/19 Amdt 2.

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 January 2010.
Background:	A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1st October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive were referred to in EASA AD 2006-0219R2 and have been superseded by EASA AD 2009-0242 issued on 18 December 2009.
