AD/At/8 Amdt 1 Aileron Control Push-Pull Rods Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AT/8 Amdt 1.

Amdt 1 Aileron Control - Push-Pull Rods 5/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.
Background:	This AD, originally issued in 1986, required a one-off inspection of the aileron push/pull rods to inspect for chafing and evidence of contact with the wing ribs.  The AD compliance was at the next scheduled inspection for maintenance release after 30 September 1986.  As all aircraft should have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
