AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ARTOUSTE/2.

Turbomeca Turbine Engines - Artouste Series

AD/ARTOUSTE/2 Oil and Fuel Lines - Replacement
and Support
7/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised prior to 1975 against Turbomeca Service Instruction (SI) No. 79.218.0050 required a modification to replace and support oil and fuel lines to avoid the risk of tube failure as a result of vibration.

Compliance was:  Before 30 April 1974.

This AD has been sufficiently promulgated for the affected engines to have been modified by now; therefore this AD is considered to be no longer required.
