AD/AC-SNOW/3 Main Landing Gear Axle Inspection and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AC-SNOW/3.

AD/AC-SNOW/3 Main Landing Gear Axle - Inspection
and Modification 9/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 28 August 2008.
Background:	This AD, raised in 1966 against Aero Commander - Olney Division Service Letter (SL) No. 42, required an inspection and modification due to mislocation of the original through bolt in the axle assembly.  Compliance was required forthwith.  As all affected aircraft would have been inspected and modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
