AD/AC-SNOW/22 Horizontal Stabiliser Front and Rear Spar and Attach Fittings Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AC-SNOW/22.

AD/AC-SNOW/22 Horizontal Stabiliser Front and
Rear Spar and Attach Fittings 9/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 28 August 2008.
Background:	This AD, raised in 1995 against Ayres Corporation Service Bulletin (SB) No. SB-AG-37, required an inspection and modification of the horizontal stabiliser front and rear spars and attachment fittings after operators had reported cracking.  Compliance was required before 27 April 1996.  As all affected aircraft would have been inspected and modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
