AD/AC/41 Nose Gear Support Structure Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AC/41.

Twin Commander (Gulfstream/Rockwell/Aerocommander 500, 600 and 700) Series Aeroplanes

AD/AC/41 Nose Gear Support Structure - Inspection 8/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, raised in 1969 against Aero Commander Service Bulletin (SB) No. 95, required an inspection and repair of the nose gear structure.  Compliance was required forthwith from 4 July 1969.  As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
