AD/AC/37 Cockpit Windows Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AC/37.

Twin Commander (Gulfstream/Rockwell/Aerocommander 500, 600 and 700) Series Aeroplanes

AD/AC/37 Cockpit Windows - Modification 8/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, raised in 1968 against Aero Commander Service Bulletin (SB) No. 93, required a modification by installation of replacement pilot and co-pilot windshields with improved strength to preclude the possibility of windshield cracks.  Compliance was required forthwith.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
