AD/AC-100/14 Aileron and Flap Hinge Pins Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AC-100/14.

AD/AC-100/14 Aileron and Flap Hinge Pins - Inspection 9/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 28 August 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in1973 against Aero Commander Service Letter (SL) No. 1023, required an inspection of aileron and flap hinge pins to ensure they were properly installed and secured.

Compliance was forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected by now, this AD is no longer required.
