AD/AC-100/10 Fuel System - Placard 9/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 28 August 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1971, required  a placard installed adjacent to the fuel filter drain point with letters one eighth inch minimum in height stating: "DRAIN AT LEAST ONE (1) PINT OF FUEL FROM EACH TANK".

Compliance was forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required.
