AD/AC-100/1 General Modifications Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AC-100/1.

AD/AC-100/1 General Modifications 9/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 28 August 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1968 against Aero Commander Service Letters (SL) Nos. 2 and 5, required modifications to flap settings and aileron control stop requirements.

Compliance was forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
