AD/AA-1/8 Fuel Quantity Indicator Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AA-1/8.

AD/AA-1/8 Fuel Quantity Indicator - Modification 6/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 4 June 2009.
Background:	This AD, issued in 1972, required a clear perspex protection cover over the glass tube of the fuel quantity indicator.  The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 31 July 1972.  As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
