AD/AA-1/3 Placards and Fuel Tank Cap Chains Installation Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AA-1/3.

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 4 June 2009.
Background:	This AD, issued in 1972, required the attachment of a chain between the fuel cap and the tank and the installation of placards to prohibit smoking and identify flight manual stowage.  The AD compliance was before issue of a Certificate of Airworthiness.  As all aircraft would have been modified, this AD is no longer required.
