AD/A320/6 Engine/APU Fire Control Panel Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/A320/6.
Airbus Industrie A319, A320 and A321 Series Aeroplanes
| AD/A320/6 | Engine/APU Fire Control Panel | 12/2009 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 19 November 2009. | |
Background: | This AD, raised in 1990 against Airbus Industrie Service Bulletin (SB) A320-26-1008 Rev.1, required a modification by replacement of the ENG/APU FIRE panel as a recommendation by the manufacturer to prevent the possible mechanical jamming of the engine fire push button. Compliance was required prior to 31 July 1990. As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required. |
