AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/A109/13.

AD/A109/13 Electrical Connectors P/N MS3456W14S-5S 9/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised in1988 against Bollettino Technico 109-70 Part I, and Bollettino Technico 109-70 Part II, required an inspection following failure of electrical connectors (P/No. MS3456W14S-5S) supplied by Flight Connectors Co., due defective insulating material.

Compliance was prior to 31 December1988.

This AD has been sufficiently promulgated for the affected helicopters to have been inspected by now; therefore this AD is considered to be no longer required.

This AD has been reviewed in accordance with the AD review program.  The AD required an inspection that has been sufficiently promulgated.  This AD is therefore cancelled.
