ORDINANCES REVISION (DECIMAL CURRENCY)
No. 36 of 1967
An Ordinance to amend the Ordinances Revision (Decimal
Currency) Ordinance 1966.
1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Ordinances Revision
(Decimal Currency) Ordinance 1967.*
(2. ) The Ordinances Revision (Decimal Currency) Ordinance
is in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.
(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance, may
| be cited as the Ordinances Revision (Decimal Currency) | Ordinance |
| 1966-1967. |
2. This Ordinance shall be deemed to have come into operation on
the day on which the Principal Ordinance came into operation.^
3. After section 10 of the Principal Ordinance the following section is inserted:—
" 1 1 . Section 1 of the Education Ordinance 1966 is amended by
| omitting | sub-section | (2 . ) . " . |
4 .—(1 . ) The First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is amended
by omitting the following words and figures occurring after the heading
" ARCHITECTS ORDINANCE 1959 " :—
" Section 15 (3.) . . . . I Three pounds three I Six dollars and thirty
shillings cents"
and inserting in their stead the words and figures—
" Section 15 (3.) .. I Three guineas I Six dollars and thirty
The Principal Ordinance came into operation on 23 December 1966. cents ".
(2 . ) The First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting the following words and figures occurring after the heading " CARELESS USE O F FIRE ORDINANCE 1936-1959 " :—
" Section 10B (2.) . . .. | Fifty pounds | One hundred dollars "
and inserting in their stead the words and figures—

(3 . ) The First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting the heading " C O M M O N W E A L T H MOTOR OMNIBUS SERVICE ORDINANCE 1955-1964 " and inserting in its stead the heading " C O M M O N W E A L T H MOTOR OMNIBUS SERVICES ORDINANCE 1955-1964 ".

(9 . ) The First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting the heading " LAY-BY SALES AGREEMENT ORDIN ANCE 1963 " and inserting in its stead the heading " LAY-BY SALES AGREEMENTS ORDINANCE 1963 ".
