2 Acts Repeal No. 53, 1991 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Acts Repeal Act 1991 . Acts repealed 2.(1) The Acts specified in Schedule 1 are repealed. (2) The Acts specified in Schedule 2 are repealed to the extent specified. Acts cease to be of force 3. The Acts of New South Wales specified in Schedule 3 cease to be in force in Queensland.
