The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Acts and Instruments (Framework Reform) (Consequential Provisions) Act 2015.

2Commencement
  1. (1)

    Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  2. (b)

    a form made on or after that commencement, whether the instrument providing for the form to be used is made before, on or after that commencement.

(2) No inference may be drawn from an amendment of a section mentioned in subitem (1) as to whether, before the commencement of Part 1 of this Schedule, that section applied in relation to a form made before that commencement.
