Under section 2 of the Acts Amendment (Water Authorities) Mt 1985, I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which section 26 of the Acts Amendment (Water Authorities) Mt 1985 comes into operation.
