I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under section 2 (2) of the Acts Amendment (Remuneration of Governor) Act 1989 with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby fix 16 February 1990 as the day on which Part 2 of that Act shall come into operation.
