ACTS AMENDMENT (QUALIFYING AGES

ALTERATION).

No. 70 of 1978.

AN ACT to amend certain Acts in relation to age

requirements.

[Assented to 26th September, 1978.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Acts Amendment Short title.

(Qualifying Ages Alteration) Act, 1978.

2. This Act shall come into operation on a date meat

be fixed by proclamation.

Each of the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Act is amended to the extent to which the Act so specified is expressed in that Schedule to be amended, and any Act so amended pursuant to this section may be cited by showing the figures representing the year of its passing followed by the passage "-1978".
