Pursuant to section 2 of the Acts Amendment (Perth Market Authority) Act 1990, I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby fix 1 January 1991 as the day on which the Acts Amendment (Perth Market Authority) Act 1990 shall come into operation.
