ACTS AMENDMENT (LOTTO).

No. 103 of 1981.

AN ACT to amend section 211 of the Criminal Code, section 83A of the Police Act 1892-1980 and section 4 of the Lotteries (Control) Act 1954- 1972.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

PART I.-PRELIMINARY.

1.    This Act may be cited as the Acts Amendment Short title.

(Lotto) Act 1981.

2.    This Act shall come into operation on the day 2(21/ ence-

on which the Lotto Act 1981 comes into operation.

Section 4	8. Section 4 of the principal Act is amended in the definition of "lottery" by inserting, after "guessing competitions, and the like", the fol- lowing
