VALUATION OF LAND) ACT 1994

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Acts Amendment (Local Government and Valuation of Land)Act 1994, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix—

(a)	1 May 1995 as the day on which section 12 of the Act comes into operation;
(b)	30 June 1995 as the day on which sections 16 and 17 of the Act come into operation; and
(c)	1 July 1995 as the day on which sections 7 to 11 and 13 to 15 of the Act come into operation.
