I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Acts Amendment (ICWA) Act 1996, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of sections 3, 6 (b) (to the extent that it inserts the definition of "Commission account"), 6 (c), 9 to 12, 15 to 19,23 and 26 of that Act come into operation.
