ACTS AMENDMENT (GAMING AND RELATED PROVISIONS).

No. 29 of 1985.

AN ACT to clarify the effect in the State of, and to repeal, certain provisions of the Statutes of the Realm and Acts relating to gaming and wagering and matters incidental thereto, and to amend the Gaining Act 1835 (Imperial Act), the Police Act 1892, the Betting Control Act 1954, the Casino Control Act 1984, and the Liquor Act 1970.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

PART I--PRELIMINARY.

1. This Act may be cited as the Acts Amendment

2. The provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day or days as is or are respectively fixed by proclamation.
