PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA By His Excellency the Honourable David
DAVID MALCOLM, J Kingsley Malcolm, Companion of the Order of

Lieutenant-Governor. Australia, Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator

(LS.] of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under section 2 of the Acts Amendment and
Repeal (Betting) Act 1992, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 31 July
1992 as the day on which Parts 2, 5 and 6 of that Act comes into operation.
