ACTS AMENDMENT AND REPEAL (BETTING) ACT 1992

PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA By His Excellency the Honourable David
DAVID MALCOLM, J Kingsley Malcolm, Companion of the Order of

Lieutenant-Governor. Australia, Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator

[LS.] of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under section 2 of the Acts Amendment and

Repeal (Betting) Act 1992, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix—

(a)

as the day on which Parts 1 and 3 of that Act, respectively, come into operation 10 July and

(b) as the day on which Parts 4 and 7 of that Act, respectively, come into operation 31 July 1992.
