ACT AMENDMENT (JURISDICTION AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE) ACT 1992

PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA 1. By His Excellency the Honourable Sir Francis

Governor. Australia. Knight Commander of the Most Distin-

(LS.) guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Queen's Counsel, Governor of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Acts Amendment (Jurisdiction and Criminal
Procedure) Act 1992, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 March 1993 as the day on which—

(a) sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 14 to 16 and 24 to 33; and

(b) Parts 3 and 5,

of that Act shall come into operation.
