Acquisition of Land Regulation 2014

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Acquisition of Land Regulation 2014.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 September 2014.

3   Fee—Act, s 9

The fee payable for an application under section 9 of the Actis—

(a)if the application relates to only 1 parcel of land—203.70 fee units; or

(b)if the application relates to more than 1 parcel of land—203.70 fee units plus 60.45 fee units for each additional parcel of land.

4   Repeal

The Acquisition of Land Regulation 2003, SL No. 190 is repealed.
