Revocation of permission to make an application for registration as a motor vehicle producer

ACIS Administration Act 1999

I, KIM CARR, Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, under subsection 20 (2) of the ACIS Administration Act 1999, revoke the decision of 27 July 2004 that it is in the national interest to grant to Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (MMAL) permission to make an application for registration as a motor vehicle producer.

This Revocation takes effect on the day after the day on which it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
